Can’t make a particular night of a show? No problem – our Subscribers enjoy Free,
Unlimited Exchanges! You never have to miss a show! Ticket exchanges must be made 24 hours in
advance (before the original show date on your ticket) and can only be exchanged for the same
production (not transferable to another show). Ticket exchanges can be made through the box
office in person or by phone.
