Until August 31, these donations are not included in income of the current year but, instead, held in a deferred account. After year roll-over is completed, this Campaign should be made inactive until the next subscription campaign. On September 1 - the first day of the new subscription season, these funds are recognized as income for the season to which the patron subscribed. This change from funds held in a deferred account to funds recognized as revenue is done automatically by the Theatre Manager program as part of Year-End-Rollover process.
