Donations given by patrons between launch of the next season sales and end of the current fiscal year on August 31, as part of the process when patrons renew their subscriptions for the next season that starts September 1.
Until August 31, these donations are not included in income of the current year but, instead, held in a deferred account.
After year roll-over is completed, this Campaign should be made inactive until the next subscription campaign.
On September 1 - the first day of the new subscription season, these funds are recognized as income for the season to which the patron subscribed.
This change from funds held in a deferred account to funds recognized as revenue is done automatically by the Theatre Manager program as part of Year-End-Rollover process.
